I'm finding most that login are soloing and hardly rp and or flat out ignor you and or once they join you want to bug out soon after noticing the big drop in xp? Perhaps some sort of % of a increase for party size and a lvl limit for the xp gaining for level differeance ? Because most are just farming some spots for the gold then hitting high level xp spawns and sweep threw a boss or level then log or going ...
