Questions about feats and etc for PrC

Kiri the PrC classes you are making I just have some questions on feats.

1) For these classes will they have the basic feats based on a basic class?
a) Sivak, Knights of the Crown, Ogres etc just a few exp are just basically fighters so will they have the basic feats that the fighter class (weapon
Specialization,etc) have?
b) Bozak and KoSword based on Cleric
c) Kapak and Kenders based on Rogue
d) Aurak and Irda based on wizard/soc
e) Knights of the Rose based on Paladin
f) Baaz based on Ranger
g) Minotaurs based on Barbarians

If it is possible to base the Monster race and Other PrC feats on what that class/race traits are (the above exps) would be nice and I believe it would make the chars more in line with the server world Dragonlance setting.

I only play one char/one race, Sivak Draconian so with the above exps, I can remake him has a 12 Sivak/28 lvl weapon master which would be the same has being a 12 fig/28WM expect for he will have extra bonuse/feats/abilities due to his monster race.

Same could be said with a Knight he can be a 20KoC/10KoS/10KoR this would be the same 2OF/10C/10P with the expection he would have extra bonuse/feats/abilities giving to him by his God or Gods.

If there are going to be ECL add to the race so be it, that is the price you have to pay to play the race/char.

I guess what Im trying to say is when you are in the char creation screen you decide you are going to play a monster race or a Squire (see posting of "On Knights of Solamnia") and when you get to the starting class. You pick Minotuar class for exp it would be the same has barbarian class but you will get the extra bonuse/feats/abilities due to race traits.

I think if they are going to go threw the trouble of making these Classes and not subraces might as well take the extra time and custom the feats and such.

But yes if they are going to go in this direction it would be nice to know what is thinking on it all. Aside from looking at the D&D rule set

Umm. Yes, there will be a mix of standard and racial specific feats for the racial class. And the D&D rule set is what I'm using, as much as nwns allows, as well as some of my own and other peoples ideas. I don't have a "manual" made yet as documentation is the last thing to be done, and it takes the longest to complete. Ummmm. Racial classes will be choosable as a base class.
