Krynn's Time of Dragons

I would like to request that the rules include what specific item attributes are disabled in this mod. I don't like wasting gold on items that have a specific trait only to have said item stripped of that trait and making it useless to me.

Is Rdd a valid class to take here? I seen it was said to be Locked under the server Rule lll, But I also see a toon using the Prestige class taken in game has it been unlocked and is now allowed to be selected ?
