There is not alot of requirements.
1) To be Offical member you must be a Draconain. Exiles (other monster race) may join but they will be a un-Offical member.
2) You must put the Nation first all else is second no ifs or buts.
3) Killing another member of the Nation is not allowed if it happens you will be concerned as a traiter. You will be hunted down and brought to the Council of 13 to be judge if found guilty you will be execute.
4) All members will be in the Nations Army
