I have lost the file some how or you had a new update. I can't seem to locate the file anywhere and I am going in loops now trying to find it been about two days now.

Can anyone post a link or the site so I can get the file download?

Yeah, the same thing happened to me. Yesterday when I logged in, I got in fine but this morning when I tried, I got the "missing tlk file" message and had to get it from the nwvault.

Any idea what happened and why?

Gah... This file I can't find it but I see its some sort of update crossover thing that they did a few people are having the same issue finding the file from what I have been reading. Something about Cep 2.2 and 2.1 not working together but there is a down load to fix it but I cant seem to find it ....* *

Ok found something that fixd it, Its from the Nwn vault sorry dont know how to set up a link on the forums ... But its called ( Cep set up Mage v1.69 ) Once you down load it you'll see a icon on your desk top it will run a cep check for any and all cep files needed and will place the missplaced files. You just click on the Icon and see some cep 1 and cep 2 scearch opitions it will do the work for you once you click on them.

Seems something odd happened as I said above but this cep program will help a lot and keep the cep files where they should be.
