 Cannot seem to trigger monster spawns

Storm,

I cannot seem to generate any monster spawns anymore. I started out OK in the crypt near Solace, but as I wandered the white rage river, I could not seem to generate any goblins, except after attacking the demi-liches in the goblin cave (which of course kicked my butt). Now, nothing even in the crypt near Solace. Would a reset help. or does a LN character just have trouble triggering spawns?

Help most appreciated

Its a faction issue. A server reset will fix it. I'll do that now through the dm client.
